On days other than those of a specific Geumcheon Art Factory program or on which a resident artist is using the space, private rental is available.

For rental other than that which is regularly scheduled, please contact a representative no less the 3 weeks before the desired day (02)807-4800 - Application Areas : Visual art/performance/mixed genres etc.

- Evaluation upon review of rental application (Geumcheon Art Factory managing staff).
- The requested time or duration of the rental can be adjusted as necessary.
Before completing the rental application, please contact our representative by telephone with specific questions regarding whether rental is possible.
- Once your rental application is approved, you will sign a rental contract and a pledge regarding the rules and regulations of your use of the rental space.
- Rental fees are due within five days after the contract is executed
